What's With Wheat respects your privacy and is committed to handling your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.

What we collect

• When you rent or buy the film: your email address, and your payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• When you contact us: your name, email address, phone number (if provided) and your message.
• Automatically: basic, privacy-friendly usage statistics via Cloudflare Web Analytics — this does not use cookies and does not track you across other sites.

How we use it

We use your information to deliver your rental or purchase (including emailing your watch link), to process payments and refunds, to respond to your enquiries, and to understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we rely on to run the site and fulfil your order:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Cloudflare — website hosting, video streaming and analytics.
• Microsoft 365 — sending your watch-link and support emails.
• Web3Forms — delivering contact-form messages to us.

Some of these providers may store or process data overseas (for example in the United States or the European Union).

Cookies

Our website itself does not set tracking cookies, and our analytics are cookieless. Stripe may set cookies during checkout for security and fraud prevention.

Data security & retention

We hold your purchase records (such as your email and order details) securely and take reasonable steps to protect them from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. We keep them only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Access, correction & complaints

You can request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing support@whatswithwheat.com. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
