What you're buying
- Rental — the right to stream the film for personal viewing: 30 days to start, and 48 hours from the moment you first press play.
- Purchase — ongoing access to stream the film for your personal viewing.
Both are delivered as streaming video only. No physical product or downloadable file is provided.
Your licence
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to stream the film for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not download, record, copy, redistribute, broadcast, publicly screen, sell, sub-license or otherwise share the film or your access to it, and you must not attempt to circumvent the signed-access protection on the video.
Accessing your film
After payment you'll receive a personal watch link by email, and it's also shown on the confirmation page. This link is unique to you — please don't share it. Lost your link? You can have it re-sent from our Find my film page.
Refunds
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Availability
We take reasonable steps to keep the film available and playable, but streaming quality depends on your own internet connection and device, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

The film and this website are for general information and educational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified health professional about your individual circumstances.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to the guarantees that apply under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or the film.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always applies. This agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
